Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision attimes. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.
Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanois Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilise the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.
